Housekeeper

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a passion for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments. This role is essential in ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for guests.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of short-term rentals to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct deep cleans on occasion.
- Manage custodial responsibilities by restocking supplies, disposing of waste properly, and ensuring that all cleaning tools are organized and maintained.
- Collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure guest satisfaction through prompt response to requests for additional services or supplies.
- Follow established safety protocols while performing cleaning duties to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Monday through Friday schedule 8am to 4pm
Qualifications
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred but not required. Training available for the right candidate.
- Valid drivers license required, reliable vehicle and cell phone required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.

- Pay: $60k base salary, employee is eligible for bonus up to 100% of base salary (base plus bonus up to 120k total).
