Great property for us and my 3 kids. Hot tub worked great, parking garage fantastic, and the interior was perfect with plenty of space, great kitchen and bathrooms, and the works. There was not enough snow for the lift to be open to get to the slope to ski in, but we could ski out after a bit of a hike up a bunch of stairs in ski boots. Close enough. I'd definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Gather & Glow in Winter Park and our stay was great! The house was nicely decorated with comfy couches to relax on after a day of skiing. A tv on the roof next to the hot tub was incredible! Our kids always wake up early because of the time change but their beds were so cozy everyone slept in each day! We've done many ski trips and every time I wonder why no houses add the special touch of a robe and slippers to use for hot tub (or shower I guess!) and this was the first time a house had it and it made my day. They had basic toiletries in every bathroom, but they also had things that were a nice additional touch. There was chapstick in a little welcome bag - which everyone is always dying for by the end of a trip out West and I forget to pack extra. They also had a first aid kit which came in handy when my son used up all my bandaid supply. They have really thought of it all! As for the lead up into the trip, their customer service was absolutely lovely to speak to. The first few times I called with questions they were very kind and patient. One day I called and the CEO of the company answered the line and I was very stressed with the lack of snow in Winter Park and discussed options on what to do. He lowered my stress level by the end of the call and I was excited to get out there. All in all, this company and our house was spectacular. I worked for Marriott for many years and I can be very nit picky with hospitality companies, but this one was first class!
